Sabrina Moosa

It can be difficult to confide in someone, but you won’t have to do it alone. Hi, my name is Sabrina, and I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying). In 2022 I completed my Master of Arts in counseling psychology and have been working in the field of mental health and addictions since 2017 and I am excited to assist in your journey and work with you to facilitate your desired changes. We will work together to create a plan by integrating empathy, theory, skills, knowledge, learning coping strategies, and providing tools and resources that you can implement into your daily life. My goal is for you to feel listened to and understood. I will do this through empathy, kindness, and honesty, working together to move forward.

I enjoy listening to and hearing people’s stories in a client centered approach. People describe me as a good listener, warm, caring, and respectful. I approach everyone with empathy, compassion, honesty, & collaboration.

As a therapist I know that compassion toward ourselves and others can create the life we want. Some of the ways I find to relax and things that bring me joy include spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, reading a good book, being outdoors and watching reality tv.

I provide therapy in English and Balochi
